This website (www.peaceritika.com and associated platforms) displays and distributes original works of the Artist. All rights are reserved worldwide.
Copyright
All works—including but not limited to writings, digital creatives, artworks, photographs, scripts, and screenplays—are original works in which copyright subsists automatically under Section 13 of the Copyright Act, 1957, and under the Berne Convention internationally. Certain scripts are further registered with the Screenwriters Association (SWA), Mumbai, for evidentiary purposes.
Trademark Rights

Remedies
The Proprietor reserves the right to seek all remedies available under law, including injunctions, damages, and accounts of profits.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Notice shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising hereunder.
